Hispanic Latinx Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month was founded in 1993 at the University of Florida is a student-run celebration that aims to engage, empower and entertain the UF student population with an emphasis on the Hispanic/Latinx community. We strive to showcase the differences and similarities within our numerous nationalities. In doing so, we give the Hispanic/Latinx community a space to demonstrate their pride. We wish to serve as a source of information to the Hispanic-Latinx and immigrant community. The largest student-run Hispanic Heritage celebration in the nation!
The time has come! Everyone please help us in welcoming the newest member to Hispanic Heritage Month’s DAD team: “Camilo el camaleón”!
Tune in on our social media for more on Camilo and the DAD team’s adventures!
