Studying in Gainesville

With classes being online, it is still important to still schedule a time to study and focus on schoolwork. Here is a list of four places to study around Gainesville.

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium

Although it is not common for students to study here, the stadium is a great place to focus on work. With booths situated throughout the complex with seating, free WiFi, and sufficient open space to practice social distancing, this is a great way to have a change in scenery.

Library

If you are struggling with studying from home, this is a quiet place that you can focus on your work. Do not forget to check your library's opening and closing hours beforehand, given that numerous businesses/organizations have changed this. Here is a list of all UF Libraries hours.

The Reitz Union's Social Stairs

These stairs overlook the Reitz Amphitheatre. They contain outlets so you can sit down, work, and watch as people walk by.

The Harn Museum's Asian Water Garden

This outdoor garden is usually quiet and a nice place to sit down and explore a new change of pace.
